Sitting Up

Though I don't want to rush these milestones (because I know just how fast the next one will follow) it does open up more shooting possibilities for photography...
here are a few of my favorites from Mr. M's six (and a half) month 'sitting -up' shoot.

Hawkins Family

i'm a bit behind on this blog. it's been a while since i've posted. too many irons in the fire, i guess! i've been photographing this little girl and her brother since she was brand new. i met her beautiful mom at a christmas show i did a couple of years ago. what a treat it has been to watch them grow. erin has become a sweet friend and i always look forward to our sessions together. these are a couple of my favorites from our time in the gardens. more here.

Birthday Session

I had fun w/ this little cutie for his birthday session at Ross Bridge. We played around outside a bit and then climbed the stairs and checked out the lobby ;) One year olds are busy, busy! I definitely get my exercise at these sessions!
